Consultation
In this FREE 20-minute phone consultation, we will begin to explore what brings you to therapy and how I can help support you. This will give you the space to share a glimpse of what has been challenging for you lately, along with asking me any questions you may have about therapy expectations.
Individual Tele-therapy
I currently offer telehealth therapy sessions for adults living in NC and SC. My self-pay rate for a 60-minute session is $160 and for 45-minute session is $120. Our sessions are focused on working collaboratively to meet your needs, and identify goals towards a rich and meaningful life.
I do have some sliding scale spots available for those experiencing financial hardship.
Clinical Supervision
I provide Clinical Counseling Supervision for LCMHC-A, LCAS-A, and CADC clinicians who are credentialed with the NCBLCMHC and NCSAPPB.
I’d love to help you navigate your new licensure and help you grow as a helping professional.
Treating Your Mental Health
I have spent the majority of my life so far learning about what it means to be a messy human and finding some level of acceptance with being our true self. The understanding of myself didn’t start forming until the last decade truthfully.
I am passionate about helping people discover their state of serenity, learning to practice kindness and compassion towards themselves along the way. I believe that everyone deserves to have a rich and meaningful life, and also understand that looks different person to person.
As your therapist, I am here to help guide you in decreasing ruminating thoughts, processing difficult emotions or past experiences, and establishing a foundation rooted in confidence for any challenges life may throw your way.

I utilize an eclectic approach within our sessions so that you feel most productive and overall supported during our time together. I believe that we should view ourselves through a holistic lens, and encourage discussions around sleep and nutrition when exploring persistent mental health issues. Although I specialize in various therapy modalities, my main focus in based in compassion and mindfulness treatments.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy uses a variety of concepts, including mindfulness and acceptance of reality, to build a rich and meaningful life that aligns with your values.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is an evidence-based approach that focuses on helping folks discover their intrinsic motivations for changing unwanted behaviors. I layer this modality in with exploration of your strengths and creating a realistic routine for yourself.
