In this FREE 20-minute phone consultation, we will begin to explore what brings you to therapy and how I can help support you. This will give you the space to share a glimpse of what has been challenging for you, along with asking me any questions you may have.

Individual Tele-therapy

I currently offer telehealth therapy sessions for adults within NC and SC. My self-pay rate for a 60-minute session is $160 and for 45-minute session is $120. Our sessions are focused on working collaboratively to meet your needs, and identify goals towards a rich and meaningful life.

I do have some sliding scale spots available for those experiencing financial hardship.

Clinical Supervision

I provide Clinical Supervision for LCMHC-A, LCAS-A, and CADC clinicians who are credentialed with the NCBLCMHC and NCSAPPB.

I know the clinical jargon of therapy treatments can feel overwhelming at times and it’s hard to navigate which one may work for you. Luckily, you don’t have to figure that out on your own! Through my years of training and experience, I will provide you with tools and resources that BEST fit your personal strengths and goals within our therapy sessions.

I utilize an eclectic approach within our sessions so that you feel most productive and overall supported during our time together. I believe that we should view ourselves through a holistic lens, and encourage discussions around sleep and nutrition when exploring persistent mental health issues. Although I specialize in various therapy modalities, my main focus in based in compassion and mindfulness treatments.
